CASTING:
10 roles total - 6 Female / 4 Male (Callbacks will be by August 23).

CHARACTER DESCRIPTIONS:
Heather...
20ish fit female, head of sorority, acts sweet around authority, but is more interested in finding thrills. Controls and influences the other girl in her group. Knowledge or comfort with stunt fighting.

Dru...
20ish fit female, party girl, provocative attire, able to act drunk convincingly.

Sylvia...
20ish fit female, party girl, provocative attire, able to act drunk convincingly.

Nicole...
20ish cafe waitress, friends have gone off to college and she feels trapped and alone in her small town. Looking for thrills but safe ones.

Amy...
20ish fit female, member of same sorority, looks to Heather for cues, comfort with stunt falls.

Kimberly...
20ish fit female, sorority sister, little flighty, comedic timing needed.
Sheriff...
Male 40's fit, average build and look, northern small town law (not a hick stereo type) Small amount of stunt work required.

Hunter...
Male late 50's muscular, grim, knowledge or comfort with stunt fighting.

Porch Dude...
20ish male, comedic relief

Bartender...
Mid 40's to early 50's

Filming will begin, locally, at the end of August.

SYNOPSIS:
The Fire Pit Tales is a horror series of three vignettes, told by a group of college guys sitting around one evening telling stories.
Casting is for the second vignette, Co-ed Hunter.

ABOUT DARK BASEMENT PRODUCTIONS:
Based out of Frankfort, IL, Dark Basement Productions has worked on several music videos, PSA's and horror shorts.
All of which have received very enthusiastic response from the audiences.
Dark Basement Production believes no movie is made by one or two individuals alone.
Like Community Theatre, it takes a group of enthusiastic people, working together to create great entertainment!
