REMINDER AND CLARIFICATION REGARDING DG NOMINATIONS

THE DRAMA GROUP ELECTION MEETING

CLARIFICATION: THOSE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN SERVICE ON THE BOARD SHOULD PERSONALLY SUBMIT THEIR NAME DIRECTLY TO THE NOMINATING CHAIR. IN ADDITION, MEMBERS MAY, AND ARE ENCOURAGED TO, SUBMIT INTEREST IN MORE THAN ONE POSITION IN WHICH THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO SERVE.

The Nominating Committee is soliciting names for the slate of officers, board members and committee members for the 2026-2027 Season.

The available positions are:

Officers of the Board – 1 year term

President

Vice-President

Secretary

Treasurer

3 Board members to serve 3-year term

Play Selection Chair

Play Selection Committee- 2 members

Nominating Committee Chair

Nominating Committee- 2 members

Eligibility to be elected as an Officer, Board Member and to the Play Selection and Nominating Committees: Be a current voting member under By Laws of The Drama Group, amended 5-1-21.

Requirements:

· Be 18 years of age

Participate in any phase of the group’s activities

Attend a General Meeting

Make a financial commitment by

o Buying any season ticket combination OR

o Paying annual dues of $40 (40% of a full season ticket)

Members who meet the above criteria and who are interested in being considered for any of the designated vacancies should submit their name by January 3, 2026 to the Nominating Committee chair, Terri Tinder through her email at:terrilee27@yahoo.com.Please note the position or positions in which interested and designate "DG Nominations Committee" in the subject line of the email. Again, members are encouraged to submit interest in more than one position if interested in Board service.
